The past ground roll is generally made of cast steel or cast iron. Due to the high hardness of the cast steel, the high modulus of elasticity and the contact stress of the wire rope are large, which causes the wire rope to wear quickly. In addition, the bearing in the ground roll often causes jamming due to poor working conditions. Inadequate rotation or rotation intensifies the wear of the wire rope. The use of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene bearingless rolling can fundamentally overcome the problem of bearing jamming
